Limits of Responsibility

This policy applies to all Big Boys Toy World products.

Radio controlled airplanes, helicopters, and any product related are not toys and should be handle with great care. Adult supervision should be used where needed.

Big Boys Toy World Accepts no responsibility for crash damage. It is impossible for us to determine whether the crash was a user error or system failure.

We also accept to NO responsibility for improper installation of a product we sell.

By purchasing any item the user of the item is assuming all liability for its use.

User of should read all instruction manuals and follow manufactures guidelines and procedures. Big Boys Toy World does not accept responsibility for injury, crash, damage, kits or accessories, parts and materials that may or may not break during the use of any product we sell.

Return Policy

Big Boys Toy World wants customers to be completely satisfied. Our return policy is a customer has 7 days of receipt of an item to return the item. This assumes the following conditions are met.

1. The item(s) cannot be used and must be in the original packaging.
2. Any assembly, painting or any kind of alteration the product will be considered non-returnable.
3. If the item(s) meets these requirements, a full refund, minus shipping cost will be refunded to the billing party.

If the item(s) has been opened and you don’t want the item, or you ordered the wrong item please contact Big Boys Toy World immediately. You will be required ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item and have determined that the item is still in good working condition and has not been used we will issue a refund. The refund will be minus shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. The item Must Be Brand New and in Resalable condition. Hazardous materials cannot be accepted back because of regulations with the Department of Transportation.

Damaged in Shipping

If your item arrives and is damaged in shipping, please refuse the order. If you accepted the order and found the item to broken in shipping please contact Big Boys Toy World immediately.

If the product has missing parts please contact the manufacture to obtain that part.

Price Changes

Any Price or specification on our web site or any related correspondence from us is subject to change without notice. Sales prices can be withdrawn at any time.

Order Cancelation

Please read and double check over your order information before you submit your order. Please contact us immediately if you incorrectly placed a order. A 5% transaction fee will be charged for a processed order. The original shipping fee will not be refunded if the item has already been shipped. If the order arrives before you cancel the order then just refuse the package. If we receive your unopened non-used order we will credit your account within 10 business days of receiving the package.

Shipping Methods

All products on this site can take 5 - 7 days to leave the warehouse.

Payment Methods

In the interest of keeping your prices low we only accept PayPal, certified check or money order. In the future we might accept other forms of payment.
